What is "Episode Retention"?
Episode retention is how long your podcast episodes stay available for public download after they're created.
Episodes automatically removed after 30 days. Good for topical content that expires.
Episodes available for 3 months. Perfect for most radio shows with regular schedules.
Build permanent show archives. Episodes never expire - your complete broadcast history.
Note: The 60-day recording archive is separate - all plans keep your raw stream recordings for 60 days regardless of retention tier.

Music Licensing (Same as Broadcasting)
Just like you need licenses to broadcast online, podcast distribution has similar requirements. If you're publishing music content, you'll want to ensure you have the appropriate rights for podcast/on-demand distribution.
Quick context: We provide the automation technology. Music licensing works the same way as your current broadcast setup - it's handled by you based on what you're distributing.
Different countries have different requirements (PRS/PPL in UK, ASCAP/BMI in US, etc.). You likely already handle this for broadcasting.
Options if you don't have podcast music licenses:
